  2. Confused by ResEdit icons in CodeWarrior's various interfaces?

  4. We are! :)

  6. The accompanying file, entitled CWPro Replacement Icons, contains a set of icon resources that you can use to replace the same ones (with the same resource IDs) found in your CodeWarrior Pro 1, 2 or 3 application for the Mac.

  8. Directions...

  10.   1) open the above file up with Resorcerer
  11.   2) Select All icon types and Copy them to the clipboard
  12.   3) close the file
  13.   4) open up your copy of CodeWarrior IDE 1.0, 2.0, or 3.0
  14.   5) paste (replacing the icons already there).
  15.   6) close the CodeWarrior application file
  16.  
  17. Voila!

  30. There is no guarantee that Metrowerks' icons will have the same resource IDs in future versions of CodeWarrior, so if you want to do this after Metrowerks' next upgrade, you will want to check these various icon resource IDs directly before doing a mass replace.
